Delivery Information for Online Orders

Delivery Fee Information:

         - Flat rate delivery fee of $15 on all orders under 25kms (as shown in the suburb list)

         - Flat rate delivery fee of $30 on all orders over 25kms (as shown in the suburb list)

         - Minimum $140 spend (not including delivery fee)

         - If your suburb is not listed, please contact us

What you need to know:

         - We deliver to selected suburbs in Melbourne. Please see our list of Suburbs below

         - Delivery days are Monday to Friday

         - Deliveries within 25km will be delivered between 1-3 business days

         - Deliveries over 25km will be delivered between 1-5 business days

         - An SMS will be sent out the day before your delivery to let you know it is coming.

           If the delivery day is not suitable, please call us asap so we can reschedule your delivery

         - Another SMS will be sent the morning of your delivery with a time frame for your delivery

         - Delivery time frames are 8am-11am or 11am-2pm

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ:

         - All our products are frozen and need to be put back into the freezer as soon as they are delivered

         - Our driver will attempt to call the number provided if there is no answer at the door

         - If no one answers the door or phone call, the order will be left at the front door

         - We take no responsibility for orders left at the property
